Sit back and relax - we’ll contact your new energy supplier to arrange your switch. Your new supplier will then contact you directly to confirm that your switch is in progress and provide your new account details.


Important

If you change your mind and want to cancel your switch, please contact your new energy supplier directly to arrange this. WeSwitchU cannot cancel switches once we’ve processed your request.

There is also a 14 day cooling off period, during which you can change your mind and cancel any processed switch.
